WHO WE ARE
Carter's House assists families that do not meet the housing criteria required by many assistance programs in most school districts. Customers have to provide a valid ID and current proof of receipt of state benefits to receive assistance.
Carter's House was founded in 2013 to help families provide quality, low-cost clothing. We thought this would be an occasional uniform given out. Yet, as the years have progressed, we have seen a real need for our service in the community, and we are excited to help our community be a better place.

Carter's House, headquartered in the Martin Luther King, Jr Community Center in Dallas, Texas, assists families with children ages 0-18 (up to 21 if enrolled in a state-accredited high school) in North Texas, although their annual events open to all.
